Understand Your Workplace — From the First Signal to the Full Picture

Every organisation deserves clarity on how its people are really doing. Not just what the numbers say, but what’s driving them.

Whether you’re looking for a quick, confidential pulse check or a deeper, hands-on evaluation of your safety culture, we offer a number of ways to listen to your workforce and turn honest feedback into practical action.

Start where it makes sense for you: a lightweight snapshot to flag emerging issues, or a comprehensive onsite assessment to dig into the root causes and engage your people directly.

Explore our options below.

Workplace Wellbeing & Experience Survey

The Workplace Wellbeing & Experience Snapshot is a short, confidential survey that gives organisations an early, honest picture of how their people are experiencing work i.e. what is going well, and where pressure may be quietly building.

It is designed as a starting point: simple to run, easy to act on, and a clear foundation for any further work the organisation chooses to do.

It includes a survey which will take up to 10 mins and then a report is provided with the results and recommendations. It is a low cost and low impact assessment which is a good starting point for organisations.

  • Quick to complete — survey takes up to 10 minutes per participant
  • Confidential — encourages honest, candid feedback from staff
  • Low cost, low impact — minimal disruption to day-to-day operations
  • Early warning system — surfaces where pressure may be building before it becomes a bigger issue
  • Highlights strengths too — identifies what’s already working well, not just problem areas
  • Actionable outcomes — includes a report with clear results and recommendations
  • Ideal starting point — a simple first step organisations can build on with further initiatives if needed

Safety CultureOnsite Assessment

The Safety Culture Assessment is more involved as it requires an onsite Consultant to facilitate the process. There is a questionnaire, along with interviews of the workforce (both employees and managers/supervisors) and then a feedback session with management at the end of the day to provide the findings and results.

A report with recommendations is provided within the week. It is a wonderful staff engagement activity with very positive results as it demonstrates to employees that management care about hearing from them and receiving their feedback.

It requires an onsite consultant to facilitate the process, and provides a thorough look into the organisation’s safety culture.

  • Onsite delivery — facilitated in person by a dedicated consultant
  • Multi-method approach — combines a questionnaire with one-on-one interviews
  • Inclusive of all levels — engages both employees and managers/supervisors
  • Same-day feedback — findings presented to management at the end of the site visit
  • Fast turnaround report — full report with recommendations delivered within the week
  • Strong staff engagement — shows employees that leadership genuinely values their input
  • Thorough and in-depth — provides a comprehensive view of the organisation’s safety culture
